Pricing & Payments

All prices and service charges are agreed in advance. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and valid documents/information. TRUETEP Global is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

Timelines

Processing timelines are indicative and depend on government departments, third-party agencies, and regulatory authorities. TRUETEP Global shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
