Service-Based Fees
All fees charged by TRUETEP Global are for professional services. Once the service has been initiated, fees are generally non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if
The service has not been started, and
A written refund request is submitted within the agreed timeframe, and
TRUETEP Global is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons
Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following situations
Delay or rejection due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the client
Delays caused by government departments, regulatory bodies, or third-party agencies
Change in client’s decision after service initiation
Non-cooperation or non-responsiveness from the client
Regulatory changes or force majeure events
